The mint of Lithuania has communicated to our actual World Money Fair correspondent, its numismatic program for the whole 2018 year. It contents a realy very original piece. On the other hand, the Lithuanian Mint indicated that, for the moment, it doesn’t intend to stop the manufacture of 1 and 2 euro cents coins. For the record, neighboring Estonia plans to stop it.

The Royal Mint is to mark the 250th anniversary of the Royal Academy of Arts with the launch of a limited mintage commemorative £5 silver proof coin featuring an architectural detail of Burlington House. The german numismatic company Mietens trades a new range of zero euro banknotes from euro banknote memory (EBM), dedicated to the topic of the 2018 football world cup in Russia. EBM (Euro Banknote Memory) Company, promoter of the zero euro banknote concept, sets up, on 2018 edition of World Money Fair in Berlin, a “zero euro” ATM. This one distributes a zero euro banknote dedicated to the Berlin Brandenburg Gate. The mintage is of 10,000 notes.
